Walter O. Alomar-Jiménez, Esq. is a distinguished Professional Engineer and attorney with over 20 years of experience in intellectual property, corporate law, and the pharmaceutical industry. He holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School. Walter has served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors at ACAA and the University of Puerto Rico, where he also presided over the Finance and Research Committees. He is the Managing Member at DBPR Legal LLC, advising clients on corporate governance and intellectual property, and a Professor at the University of Puerto Rico Law School, teaching courses in Patent Law, Intellectual Property, and Civil Procedure. Walter is a registered Patent Attorney with the USPTO and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
